Terms of Use
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms explain how to use Evertied. By creating an account or using an invitation published here, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Evertied does
Evertied lets couples build their wedding invitation page, organize the guest list, and receive RSVPs, messages, photos and cash gifts, all published at an address of their own.
There is a free plan and paid plans with more features, each paid once. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Give true information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
A couple can give a second person access, who sees and edits the same invitation. If you think someone got into your account without permission, write to hello@evertied.com.
Your content
The text, photos, music and everything else you put in the invitation stay yours. To run the service, you allow us to store, process and show that content to the people you choose, for as long as the account exists.
You confirm that you may use what you publish, including photos of other people, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
Guests and what they send
Guests can answer the invitation, leave messages, send photos through the big day camera and give gifts. The couple decides what shows in the invitation and can hide messages.
We do not write or review what guests send. When we learn of illegal content, we remove it.
What is not allowed
Do not use Evertied to:
- publish illegal, offensive or discriminatory content;
- send spam or mass messages to people who do not know you;
- access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or overload the service;
- run scams or collect money that is not a wedding gift.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are charged once, at the price shown before you buy, through Stripe. We do not store card data. A plan lasts as long as the account exists.
To ask for a refund, write to hello@evertied.com with your account email. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected by these terms.
Cash gifts
A guest pays the amount on the list straight to the payment account the couple connects to Stripe. The fees of Evertied and Stripe come out of what the couple receives, and the net amount shows in the gifts area.
A gift is a donation between the guest and the couple. Evertied provides the tool, is not part of that relationship and does not promise that any amount will be received. Refunds and disputes follow the rules of Stripe and the guest's bank. Taxes on what the couple receives are the couple's responsibility.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it can have faults and pauses. We may change or end features, and we give reasonable notice when a change affects invitations that are already published.
Closing and deleting your account
You can delete your account whenever you like, in Settings. Deleting removes the invitation, photos, guest list and messages, and cannot be undone. Records of payments already made are kept without personal data, for accounting.
If a payment is in progress or a dispute is open, the account can only be deleted after it ends.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, and we tell you when we can.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Evertied is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages and, where it is liable, the limit is the amount you paid for the plan in the previous 12 months. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a significant way, we tell you by email or inside the service. Using Evertied after the notice means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms follow Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections that the law of your country gives you and may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
